Hearty Congratulations Mrs Dixit on your thumping victory in recent elections. The victory was not due to anyone's charisma, or any wave or any poll-rigging or booth capturing. I don't think you won because of free blankets or sewing machines or free-flowing liquor. My honest opinion is you won because you delivered.
What exactly you delivered is what will be told by many of us citizens who have been the beneficiaries of your governence. Yes! Good governence is what you delivered and that precisely is the thing that makes the vital difference betweenwinning and losing. I hope you keep winning; Win fourth time too!
And it is for the fourth victory that I would like to prepare you by looking for and highlighting when found, even the smallest holes in Our Delhi's multi-coloured apparel so that you can mend them in time and keep improving our life.
I am good at finding faults; (it comes naturally to Dixits!) . And is it not the first step towards the desired improvement?
